Day One of my Sugar-Free Challenge is DONE! 29 days to go! It was an easy start, but a rough finish! Ha! I began my day with several spoons of almond butter…. Yum!
For lunch I enjoyed a lettuce-wrapped sandwich of roast beef, cheese and mayo with an unsweetened iced tea. I smacked later on on some roasted peanuts and a handful of reduced fat cheez-its, followed by a protein rich dinner of blue hake!🐟
My “dessert”? Cinnamon tea. ☕️ Bottom line: sugar-free ain’t easy. What is easy is finding food WITH sugar IN it! Soooo many things I thought would be fine have sugar snuck into it… even some of my favorite “healthy” dinners! Sigh. Has the pity party already begun?! Hahaha! 😝 I’m actually really proud of myself though! Day One of my journey is complete… sugar-free and looking forward to what day two might bring! Prayers and support are still appreciated… as well as your fave sugar-free food ideas! 😜 Peace out! ❤️Ann

I too chose to begin a sugar-free lifestyle, yesterday. I, however, did not do as well as you. Way to go! Keep the focus you can do this 🙂
