So about a month ago I was inspired to go sugar-free for 30 days. I believe this was a spiritual nudging as I was pretty complacent about my health up until a few days before I started. It just hit me all at once, as often inspiration tends to do, and I committed to going processed and artificial sugar-free for 30 days to see what improved health it might bring. I was not just hoping for a physical improvement, but also mental and even perhaps spiritual… and you can read the journey here to see how it all is turning out. I will give you a hint: it has been hard, but I have indeed learned a few things… just not what you might think!
Day 1: Going Sugar-free ain’t easy!

Day 6: Sugar-free for 6!
Day 7: Sugar-free for one week!
Day 11: Sugar-free 11 days done!
Day 12: A dozen days sugar-free!
Day 13: Sugar-free for Thirteen!
Day 17: Sugar-free for 17 days!
Day 23: Yay Me! Day 23 of Sugar-Free!
30 Days DONE: I DID IT! I Completed my Sugar-Free Challenge!
