I made it day 24…. down 3# from week1 and I am feeling pretty good. I can’t say I feel better than I did before I quit, but I might and just not remember how I felt because of the difficult early detox days! 😉 I’m having 80% less cravings too so that’s been nice! I’m a bit nervous to eat some of my sugary faves (fro yo, white mochas, bacon) as I really don’t want those crazy craving to come back! 😳 I’m gonna try and push those thoughts out of my head as I finish this final lap… it’s hard to believe I am over 3/4 the way there!
