My 18th day proved to be quite a bit easier than some of the rest. I’m much more at ease in eating unsweetened foods and more comfortable with my options. I’m not nearly as stressed about trying to figure out what I can eat and what is on my forbidden list. This makes me much happier than I have felt in days. This is a welcomed reprieve from the stress I’ve felt from missing sugar… I missed it today, just not as desperately, ya know?
Ahhhh… I’m grateful for day 18. I feel like I’m in my groove and confident that I will make it with my sanity intact all the way through my 30 day goal. 😊❤️Ann
