Today makes 9 days without processed sugar, sugar substitutes or corn syrup! 👏🏼 Today was absolutely easier and I give myself credit for that by being prepared with multiple high protein and sugar-free food items available to me and within reach! I’m still craving sugar and sweets but it’s at a more tolerable level and that is really nice. I look forward to seeing how I feel tomorrow! Next check-in my sugar-free day count will be in double digits! Whoooo hoooo!
